Registrar's Office
The Registrar’s Office takes care of keeping and updating the records of the students. It accomplishes college application forms and requisitions for transcript of records and other certificates. It accepts new applicants in the Grade School and High School Departments. It schedules the interview of the applicants in coordination with the Student Development Center.

ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF STUDENTS (Medical and Dental) Students are scheduled for their annual medical and dental as soon as class starts, when name lists are available and each student's health record are arranged according to grade level and section.
